Helping Neighbors in Need

It is our mission to protect and strengthen our most vulnerable neighbors including senior citizens, the mentally challenged, veterans and displaced adults to help them live independent and self-fulfilled lives.  Through a coordinated network of services, counseling, treatment and housing, we are able to lend a helping hand to those who have no where else to turn.  Our community of caring is here for those in need.  We offer:
